About Storyfolk

Storyfolk is an AI roleplay and character chat platform built on a simple idea: every character should feel like they belong to a living world.

We started Storyfolk because most AI chat platforms treat characters as isolated chatbots — you talk to them, they respond, and that's it. We wanted something deeper. Characters who remember what happened. Worlds with rules and politics. Stories that branch based on your choices.

So we built 10 original story worlds — from a floating magic academy to a neon memory market in a cyberpunk city. Each world has its own cast of characters, conflicts, and rules. You don't just chat with a character; you step into their world and become part of the story.
