Account and product support
Email safety@novaverse.app from the address associated with your Storyfolk account. Include what happened, the device you used, and the approximate time. Never send passwords, full payment-card details, or one-time verification codes.
Billing
For Apple purchases, include the Apple transaction reference and manage subscriptions through your Apple Account. For Web subscriptions, include the payment provider and transaction reference shown on your receipt.
Privacy and safety
Start your message with “Privacy request” or “Safety report.” For account-data requests, contact us from the email associated with the account so we can verify ownership.
