Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Storyfolk on the Web and in our mobile applications.

1. Using Storyfolk
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and meet the minimum age required in your country. You are responsible for your account, its security, and activity performed through it. Provide accurate information and do not share access in ways that compromise other users or the service.
2. Fiction and AI output
Storyfolk provides fictional, AI-assisted entertainment. Generated content may be inaccurate, unexpected, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. It is not professional medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. You control your own real-world decisions.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use Storyfolk to exploit or endanger minors; create or distribute illegal content; impersonate others deceptively; harass, threaten, or invade privacy; defeat safety systems; automate abusive traffic; manipulate advertising; reverse engineer protected systems; or infringe intellectual-property rights.
4. Your content
You retain rights you have in prompts and original material you submit. You grant us a limited worldwide license to host, process, reproduce, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve Storyfolk. You must have the right to submit it.
5. Storyfolk content
Storyfolk characters, artwork, interfaces, software, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service. These terms do not transfer ownership of Storyfolk intellectual property.
6. Free access, advertising, and subscriptions
Free features may be limited or supported by advertising. Paid plans renew as disclosed at checkout until canceled through the applicable billing provider. Prices, taxes, benefits, refund handling, and billing intervals are shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also subject to the store’s rules.
7. Moderation and suspension
We may investigate abuse and remove content, limit features, suspend, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, enforce these terms, or preserve service integrity. You may stop using Storyfolk and request account deactivation at any time.
8. Availability and changes
We work to keep Storyfolk available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or permanent availability of any character, model, feature, or plan. We may change the service and these terms. Material changes will be communicated through the product or this page.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Storyfolk is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
